I recently moved to the UK with my cat. The Bark traveller aka Shyamax were a huge help. From my cat’s titer test, to all the paperwork needed everything was smooth. Shyamax is attentive and super communicative, makes everything accessible. Further arrangements from Paris through the Eurotunnel were really good and comfortable. Having him handle my cat’s travel was the best decision I made. One can tell he really cares about the animals he’s working with, is well informed and adept at managing challenges if any. Thank you Shyamax

Moving my cat intercontinentally was the most unnerving experience I could have imagined but Shymax and his team were brilliant, approachable and ALWAYS available. I can neither explain or begin to exaggerate how seamless the experience was. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to relocate.

We recently moved our two dogs, Luke and Sky, from Mumbai to Dubai, and Shyamax from The Bark Traveller helped us through the entire journey.

This was an extremely important and emotional move for us, and we eventually chose to bring them on a private jet so they could travel safely with us instead of in cargo. Shymax was incredibly helpful throughout, guiding us through the paperwork, travel requirements and all the coordination involved.

He was always responsive, patient and genuinely understood how much Luke and Sky’s safety meant to us. Having someone so reliable through such a stressful process made a huge difference.

We’re extremely grateful to Shymax for helping us bring our boys safely home to Dubai. ❤️🐾

My heartful thank you to the team for a smooth transfer of my 3 dogs from Mumbai to Nigeria. The team was very helpful and provide clear instructions on the process to be completed. We had an emergency and needed to postpone our trip by 2 days, thanks to Mr. Shamal all changes was done on immediate basis (change in airways bill, import n export licenses). I highly recommend The Bark Traveller for a smooth stress free shifting of your loved dog/cat. All future shifting of my dogs will be done through The Bark Traveller only. Thank you once again

Exceptional in Pet relocation. We moved our pet from India to the Netherlands and Shyamax has been there just a msg away through out the process from arranging all the needed documentation to assisting the pet in airport till check in. I would say best to have a safe pet travel.
Thank you Shyamax and team.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot thank Shyamax and the team enough for making my dog’s relocation from Mumbai to Canada such a smooth and stress-free experience. As a pet parent, I was extremely anxious about the entire process, but they handled everything professionally—from documentation and health certificates to flight arrangements and customs clearance.
Throughout the journey, they kept me updated regularly, answered all my questions promptly, and genuinely cared about my dog’s comfort and well-being. My dog arrived safely, healthy, and without any issues.
If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and compassionate pet relocation service, I highly recommend them. Moving a pet internationally is never easy, but they made the entire experience seamless. Thank you Shyamax for helping reunite my family!

I had a fantastic experience relocating my pup from Mumbai to Singapore ! He and his team were completely in control throughout the entire process and were well aware of all the pre requisites and ensured a smooth experience for my pup. Shyamax was personally on a call with me to address a minor hiccup with the airlines as well and was on call till my flight took off !
